Total Solutions for Power Stations.
Utility Powertech Limited, a joint venture between Reliance Energy Limited (formarly known as BSES Limited) and NTPC Limited (formerly known as National Thermal Power Corporation Limited), is engaged in undertaking construction, erection, renovation and modernization and other project management activities in the power sector. Both the promoter companies have been providing the required impetus to the company in its endeavor to be a total power station solution company. UPL has been actively pursuing its objective of being a specialized agency for providing value added services in the field of operation, maintenance, engineering services, Residual Life Assessment (RLA) and Life Extension (LE) and has entered into agreements with NTPC Limited, BSES Limited, Damodar Valley Corporation, Bhilai Electric Supply Company Limited and NTPC SAIL Power Supply Company Limited to maintain their plants all over India. Presently the Company is operating at 44 sites all over India.
In addition to UPL's own Technical Manpower, both NTPC & REL are committed to provide requisite technical manpower and backup for carrying out all services which include carrying out RLA & LES Studies, Maintenance, Design, Engineering, procurement, erection and commissioning activities of Power Stations.
