2. How does one register for "REL Bill Pay"?
Any ITZ cash card holder can make his REL bill payment through his RIM phone by a simple, one time registration.

- Go to - "More Services" -> "Tools Kit" -> "REL Bill Pay"
- Key in your REL A\c number mentioned on your bill
- Verify & confirm your Name & Address details
- Submit for registration
- You will receive SMS confirming your registration
3. How does one pay using "REL Bill Pay"?
The procedure to pay your energy bill through REL Bill Pay is as follows
- Complete the Registration Process
- Buy ITZ Cash Card as per convenient denomination
- Access R-World
- Go to - "More Services" -> "Tools Kit" -> "REL Bill Pay" -> "Pay Bill"
- Click on "Pay"
- Key in the ITZ User Id & Password & submit
- You receive a message confirming "Your payment transaction was successful".
